On site twilight shoot will start a half hour before sunsets and end a half hour after sunset. A request that all interior and exterior lights be turned on for the hour twilight picture are being photogrphed.
Price: $200 (or $100 when combined with another full price service) for the 1st 5 images

Virtual Twilight
A cost-effective alternative to a traditional twilight is to do a virtual twilight, which is where we use software programs to convert a daytime photo to a twilight one. Just like a genuine twilight shot this will help a home to stand out in the crowd and grab the attention of buyers. At just $20/image they are a great option for any agent. However, virtual twilights do have their limits; such as images with strong shadows on a sunny day and loss of window detail.
Price: $20 for each image
Delivery: 24 hours from date of on-site photograph or if image is already taken 24 hours from request.
