My name is Max, founder and owner of MP Real Estate Images, LLC and I specialize in real estate photography, floor plans, aerials, and 360 virtual tours for brokers/agents across Southern New England.

I started MP Real Estate Images, LLC in 2017 when my daughter needed pictures when selling her house. The realtor agreed to give me a chance and I’ve been growing ever since then.

I’ve been in the service industry for over 40 years and clients happiness is the name of the game; I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if anything is not to your liking I will work to get it corrected at no extra charge.

My experience has taught me that clients want to be heard, understood and feel like they are a priority. To achieve that I work hard at listening, setting clear expectations and scheduling enough time to do a great job.

Philosophy

Every property has a unique expression of its qualities. I am dedicated to delivering high impact designs highlighting the spatial, architectural character and aesthetic elements of the premises and its surrounding landscapes. I work to communicate the details of craftsmanship, construction materials, lighting, layout and interior decorating - all playing a part in influencing the image - with the goals of exemplifying the pride of the seller and the hopes and dreams of the buyer.

About me

I am a first generation American. My parents moved from France in the mid 60’s settling in Rhode Island after several years in New York & Philadelphia. My love for travel, history and architecture inherited from my parents has cultivated my passions for both great design and photography. I have degrees in architectural drafting and photography with an art history minor focused in architecture.

1. I’ve been a volunteer at Samaritans of RI since 1997

3. Spent a month in the desert in an extreme expedition

4. Proud father of 3 and Pepe of 5

5. My Father was a famous French chef who worked for President General de Gaulle for 2 year before coming to America to strike his fortune. He owned a successful restaurant for 27 years before retiring.

6. I donate 10% of my profits to 4 charities equally: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Samaritans of RI, Trigeminal neuralgia—Facial Pain Association, and Habitat for Humanity.

7. I am a Miami Dolphins football fan….sadly.

8. I grew up in my father’s restaurant business and have some extensive wine expertise

9. A pet lover (currently 2 cats)

10. I was an extra in the 1995 Masterpiece Theatre miniseries “The Buccaneers”

When I’m not photographing property….

I look forward to my 2 vacations a year with my grand kids, picking a different adventure for them to experience each time and visiting my parents and brother in Naples FL.
