Photorealistic render of your space to show off every corner (includes furnishings). Ideal for proposed development, renovation inspiration, unphotographable space, or a better look at the overall floor plan. Includes 1 birds eye view image of each floor, and 2 angled images of the entire property.
Price: $200 for up to 1000 square feet, $100 per additional 1000 square feet.
Delivery: 3-5 business days after 2D floor plan is produced.

Laser Measurer Floor Plan
Appraisal value measurements ideal for remodels or when square footage is a priority—surveys done on-site with laser measuring of the entire property's exterior foot-print, exterior living area (decks, patios, pool, etc.) and interior room dimensions; includes placement of fixtures, appliances, windows and doors. Delivering a 2D floor plan including a square footage breakdown and calculation.
Price: 11¢ per square foot
Delivery: 48 hours from date of on-site survey
Approximate time on site: Half hour per 1000 square feet
LiDAR Floor plan
2D Floor plans for marketing—measuring with a video scan of all interior wall/floor joints and exterior living areas (decks, patios, pool, etc.); includes placement of fixtures, appliances, windows and doors.
Price: $175 or $75 when combined with another full price service
Delivery: 24 hours from date of on-site survey
Approximate time on site: 10 to 30 minutes
Blueprint Conversion
Create easy to view 2D Floor plans out of your blueprints or other architectural detailed schematics.
Price: 5¢ per square foot
Delivery: 48 hours from date of received floor plan schematics.
